Only 3 more weeks until the Australian 2010 seminar starts.
With Sekiguchi Sensei and Shimizu Sensei flying over from Japan and sensei's and students from all across Australia turning up, it should be a great week of training.
I hope everyone is looking forward to seeing Sekiguchi Sensei and Shimizu Sensei and remember to train hard and that pain is temporary.
